Privacy notice

Sound Steps Radio is run by Sound Steps CIC. This notice covers this website.

Listening

When you press play, your device connects to our radio server, which counts listeners (for example the number listening right now). We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

The contact form

We receive your name, email and anything else you choose to send. We use it only to reply and to arrange shows or training, keep it in our secure enquiry system, and never sell or share it for marketing.

Young people

Under-18s get in touch through a parent or carer, and every under-18 live show is supervised by a DBS-checked mentor.

Your rights

Ask to see, correct or delete what we hold by emailing stuart@soundsteps.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
